I have two... one over the garage another over the house itself, (kinda obvious, firewall). But here' the deal... no one has been in my garage attic for over 10 years! I KNOW it filled with 'stuff', but I can only remember two items that are up there... a guitar, (2 maybe), and an Amp. BUT.... I put 5 sheets of 4X8' plywood up there for a floor and I know every sheet was stacked full.. WHAT is up there? I don't know.... but my grandkids are hoping for treasure... like jewels, and gold, and diamonds, and maybe bundled wads of currency... though I'm pretty sure none of those items are up there. More than likely it's broken lamps, forgotten kitchen appliances, 1990's fashion wardrobes, and...... hey, maybe my good 1970's sleeping T-Shirt? I can only hope. - JamesJM
