That's a rhetorical question, of course. This photo is not me... this is a friend of mine who posted this on social media today... he's also the lead guitar player in my band.
I swear, Greg... of all the fantastic childhood memories I have being raised on a farm I think those moments playing in a cotton trailer were the most memorable. Impossible to get thru October and November without thinking back on days such as this.
These days I'll take my grandkids, the youngest ones, out to a module builder and do some flips into a half filled module.... but the trailers were better, IMHO.
Remember those nights when you ran the pickers a little later than you should because rain was forecast? And in freezing weather you'd bury yourself under the cotton and it was as warm as sitting next to a wood stove. Good days indeed.
