from playing and from my job.. this past weekend was the hardest weekend (actually last two months) I've ever endured with the Halloween show and the Sheppard Air Force Base Guardians of Freedom Air Show on the same day.. its been complete chaos and I've been running my butt ragged for two months straight.. Can barely move right now, but at least its all over with.. I need to come to grips with the fact that I'm pushing 60 still trying to perform like I'm 20.. It'd be so much easier if we had a road crew to do the 8 hour setup before the show..
So, the truth of the matter is I hafta have hernia surgery in November and another neck surgery sometime next year.. I had another MRI done a couple of months ago and the two discs below the two I had fused in 2016 have blown out completely.. the biggest issue is that I'm losing dexterity and muscle memory in my fingers.. My neurologist thinks it either from the smashed spinal cord from C5/6 and C6/7 blowing out or that I'm in the beginning phases of MS.. So, I'll get tested for MS in November/December, as well..
Getting old sucks, but I plan of going down swinging, if that's the case.. We're headed cave diving next week - at least that lined up with the Rams bye week..
