the first scrimmage for HS Football is scheduled for today.
Varsity plays later.... I think 7, so the temp may fall to 105 by then... but the JV's will hit the hottest part of the day.
I'm not convinced that this is a 'wise' choice. True, they have been practicing in this heat, but I think that's somewhat, (perhaps not a lot), less worrisome as the heat of battle an actual game will bring. . - JamesJM
