Micro-planed them this evening.... added them to my 151 proof Everclear and now I wait.
First batch will only soak until two days before NYE....
The second batch I'm going to soak until Easter...
The Third batch I have scheduled for the 4th of July. This will be the best one by far.
Bought some fancy-schmancy glasses in Garmisch, Germany this last January and they've never been used.... NYE they'll get used.
