... when you don't have to worry about getting it over outstretched hands. Getting the ball UP w/enough ooomphh to get it 70+ yds away and over the goal posts? Not to mention the pressure - on the snapper, the holder and the kicker in the face of the rush?
That said, dunno how many kickers get make it 75, 77, even alone on a field. I doubt it's half.
