Except, remember, I was talking about how he played under those conditions, without a running game.
I think a more experienced OL and a running game means a better Goff, and that's without a top 10 OL.
So yeah I take the end of 2019 as indicating that if they have the things I named, Goff's play ascends.
Could it be 2018-19 again? That depends on McVay. He just needs to get the same production out of a different cast, but modifying the offense enough to facilitate that.
Either way I am not trying to "convince" you, just registering the fact that I vote differently on this issue.
