The Rams OL was not very good under Fisher. What changed under McVay is Whitworth and Sullivan. Those 2 guys when paired with Saffold gave the Rams 3 plus guys on the OL in 2017 and the first half of 2018 before Sullivan broke down.
Havenstein IMO is not a plus OT, he is a liability in pass pro, always has been. With Saffold gone (IMO the biggest mistake of McVays tenure) and Whitworth on the downside, who are the plus lineman? At best this can be a middle of the pack OL. That is my biggest criticism of their approach.
