What will be interesting is which teams do a better job of adjusting their off season programs in this closed environment. The Rams do have a bigger challenge than most as they are filled with younger players and a brand new defensive scheme. Still with a young coaching staff I think we have some advantages with leveraging all the technology to accomplish a virtual training camp environment.
