This is just my own opinion. I think Gurley made it clear he did not want his arthritic knee discussed in public, and the team went along with it. So elaborately in fact that now they're stuck. Meanwhile when asked directly, does TG have an arthritic knee, they never actually denied it. They would dance around it and not answer but then never once said "no he does not have an arthritic knee."
