There is no risk to the Rams if Gurley fails an Atlanta physical. The Rams cut him. If the Falcons don't sign him, Gurley is a free agent.

And when Atlanta finally can do a physical, what the player's ex-coach says or does not say will have no bearing whatsoever. It will be an ordinary competent physical and will find what it finds.
