personally, i highly appreciate that about demoff. i'm more than willing to put up with 1 year of crapping the cap bed and cleaning up the issues as opposed prolonging them for years by mortgaging the future - just get it all out and cleaned up in the first shot.
i don't like the idea of dumping everett or brown. relative to their price i feel they're both strong values. plus, it's not like there's rb or te depth on the roster. i'd be thrilled if they could trade hav. i think evans has shown plenty to be comfortable with him taking over. i don't know if an out right cut of hav is worth it for $1.65m net cap savings. that amount of cap is not much for a starting caliber rt backup, provided he's actually healthy.
