I think he is limited physically. Feel like the Rams could do better just comes down to whether a guy they like is there at the right moment.
Also with QBs I believe you should draft one every year until you like your top two at a minimum. They are that important and you can flip them too if they show well in preseason and spot duties.
Thanks for the reply, Merlin. I agree with your philosophy, but I guess I’m higher on Wolford than you are. He makes plays and looks like he could carry the team for a few games if Goff gets hurt. Heck, I’d sooner see Wolford than Bortles, tbh.
I’m not opposed to drafting a developmental QB, mind you, just more comfortable with our backup then I’ve been in years.
