I don't agree this logic either and don't think it makes any sense! As I recall the eagles or some other team tried to trade 2 first round picks for Jalen Ramsey but Rams gave up more throwing in a 4th. If they were to trade him, which I don't think they are considering, I wouldn't take less than 2 first round picks. If your only getting one first round pick we should not do a deal. When we let Sammy Watkins walk after giving up a second round pick we got back a third round compensatory pick so we were able to add a player to the roster and only "lost" one round in the draft from 2nd to 3rd. Giving up on Ramsey and losing a 1st round pick and a 4th round pick is a disaster and would make front office and Snead look extremely bad!
