well I know for sure that after qbs teams value pass rushers and they tend to go higher in the draft. in contrast, interior lineman tend to slip. That being said, without an empirical assessment, you may be right in that there is good value for pass rushers in the middle rounds. im sure there are examples, but at the moment i cant think of any.
