Goff has all the potential to be great he can make any throw, and probably has the best arm of any ram QB. I am in no way saying he is the best Ram QB just arm talent wise.
That being said it was frustrating to see him just plain miss so many balls last year. Hope he can get back on track and play up to his potential this year.
