and I would point to his performance after Cooks injury and disappearance from the offense... once people starting focusing on Kupp he most certainly wasn't elite
again the Rams don't have an elite WR... they have some really good ones though... you can trade pretty good players

Also I would keep my options open regarding any of the Rams WRs because non of them is the kind of player you don't consider trading for the right compensation.
There are far too many scenarios in which circumstances would allow the Rams to trade a Kupp or Woods for that matter
Rams currently have one of, if not the best WR starting corps in the league, Speed. Why in the world would they want to break that up for a couple of picks that are 50% likely to be even quality starters, at best?
I consider Kupp to be elite in his role. You just don’t let elite players get away if you can possibly avoid it.
