the new coaches seem -meh - & don't strike me as type "A" motivators....

but I'm glad McVay seems to be stimulated by them and their love of the Xs & Os that he can bounce off of.
However, it's McVay that still seems to dominate the room and is exceptional at commanding respect.

I sure hope the other 5 hires can do the same and especially the DC (Brandon staley) cuz we need a Fast & Furious defense to challenge and push the offense to better performance this year. just my opinion...
