yeah, mcVay does like the sound of his own voice. You have to have an ego to lead, of course. But I wonder why he chose to cut ties with Wade, Fassel, Peete etc. He's obviously going to be glowing here - he's a class act - but no real meat on the bones (no pun) on why he's made these choices.
