Here's what the Rams did as far as personnel groupings in 2019:
Pass plays: 649 total plays.
11 personnel - 536 times (83%),
12 personnel - 75 times (12%), 10 personnel (4 wr) 31 times (5%), 13 personnel - 4 times, and 3 runs out of 4 and 5 wr sets.
Run plays: 400 total plays.
11 personnel - 232 times (58%),
12 personnel - 144 (36%), 13 personnel -13 times (3%), 10 personnel - 10 times (3%)
here is what Washington did from week 6 forward with O'Connell running the show:
Pass plays: 331 total plays.
11 personnel - 275 times (83%),
12 personnel - 23 times (7%), 10 personnel (4 wr) 13 times (4%), 13 personnel - 1 times, and 3 passes out of 4 and 5 wr sets. -----
21 personnel -10 plays (3%), 23 personnel - 2 times (1%), 20 personnel - 3 plays (1%)Run plays: 356 total plays. 11 personnel - 186 times (52%),
12 personnel - 89 (25%), 13 personnel - 9 times (3%), 10 personnel - 16 times (4%) ----
21 personnel - 33 plays (9%), 22 personnel - 15 times (4%) 20 personnel - 7 plays (2%)So basically the Rams and O'Connell both passed out of 11 personnel at the same 83% clip and both ran out of 11 personnel in the 50% range. They also used 12 (2 TE) sets as their 2nd most popular formations. Where it differed is the red text. O'Connell ran some 2 back sets. 15% of their run plays came out of 2 back sets, and 5% of their pass plays came out of 2 back sets. So for fans hoping for more 2 TEs or 2 backs could be in luck if O'Connell has any influence whatsoever.
