Phillips has coached up the TE's and we got O'Connell to be OC/defacto QB coach. Where does Waldron fit in with this? Surely they're not planning on Phillips walking.....
He's the qb coach.

Shane Waldron is entering his sixth NFL season, third with the Los Angeles Rams, second season serving as the team’s passing game coordinator and first season as quarterbacks coach.
Almost invariably the qb coach contributes at the gameplan level to the passing game, and that's whether or not he has the title (though sometimes the qb coach is just the technician for the coordinator or head coach, like Ramsdell was for Martz). And the OL coach contributes at the gameplan level to the running game, and that's whether or not he has the title (Hanifan for example did that for coach.)
Some people think Zac Robinson is the Rams qb coach. Actually he is officially listed as the
assistant qb coach.
