Doesn't matter how many games they win or lose. They carry a so called brand of "toughness" and "don't mess with me" reputation. That carries with an enormous segment of our population-mainly young Hispanic males. Being "macho" is a huge attraction in that population-for both genders. That is always going to be there and its a short plane ride from Burbank to Vegas. OTOH the casinos and gambling interests will play to that segment. So, the selling of licenses in the new stadium is a product of both factors.
