I would love to hear a real expert comment about the stadium because my sense is they're right on track. We see a few aerial shots and some people assume it's behind. The seats? Teams replace seats in stadiums in a matter of weeks all the time. Plumbing, electric, etc.? Likely all pretty far along. Not that they're down to a few coats of paint and getting the fryers in concessions working by any means but I think all the angst isn't really warranted.
