I have a TON of respect for Wade and his schemes and defensive strategies that he's developed over the years, but his sideline presence on game-days left a lot to be desired. He always looked passive and confused staring down at his playsheet. Wouldn't mind seeing a replacement with a little fire to get the D revved up in 2020....
