Mind you, I'm all for more body work that makes him stronger and hopefully more durable without taking away flexibility and whatever else he needs to do what he does well.
And I'm probably one of few that actually would love to see him take off on a designed run now and then. Offer just another wrinkle for pass rushers to chew on. He's far from a statue, and I suspect he could increase his speed a bit.
