He has barely seen ANY PLAYS at his natural LOT position. Sure he is unproven, and we don't really know what he will bring, but to just assume he sucks with pretty much no evidence one way or the other just seems over the top to me.
I think we will find out soon enough, as he will likely have every chance to earn the LOT spot in training camp.
Mind you, until and unless he proves himself there it'll be anxiety-provoking to have him protecting JG's blind side. Reports on him coming out was that he was a good athlete and pretty good "technician" who had to gain strength and become more aggressive. I appreciate that he'll have had a bit of time to develop his body, lear n from Whitworth, and appreciate the step-up in the NFL game. None of that says he'll be ready, but he won't be completely raw.
