That tells me he sees toughness and deternination as an issue. I think he sees what many of us have seen, this team lacks toughness.
Every good team we played that had physical fronts beat us up in the trenches. The Steelers, Niners, Ravens, and now the Cowboys.
Taking it further, I expect McVay to look to make changes the offseason, not just on the OL but on the DL as well.

I hope you're right. The team does have a way of letting guys off easy (Peter, Talib, Allen, Havs) with " injuries ". I hope they do the same with the guys you just mentioned, plus Blythe, Corbett & Reeder. This team needs a toughness transfusion in the worst way.
