almost half of Baltimore's games are played in road whites....
If anything, I think SF contained Jackson pretty well... SF could've easily won that game Baltimore.... i think partly because they faced a similar offense and dynamic twice vs Kyler Murray and the Cardinals.. in each of those close games, the Cardinals were in position to beat SF......
I also think LA getting killed by Lamar Jackson the prior week help them dominate Kyler Murray the following week (last week)...
if you still buy Ryan's statements, all QBs would wear dark sleeves to camo the football... reality and bottom line is, Lamar Jackson is a great QB.. that's where credit is due, not because of the color of his jersey or skin....
I think what the issue is is when they wear the black jerseys, both Jackson and the running back have dark skin and when they do the fake handoff/not fake handoff you can't tell who has the ball. With Jackson's speed, that split second matters. Don't take my word for it. Weddle said it (without mentioning skin color). Ryan said it. And now Richard Sherman has backed them up, along with another 49er defender. .
Answer this...why did Baltimore switch to wearing black jerseys? You think it's a coincidence?
Hey, it's an ultra competitive league. Any advantage you can find, you're gonna use it.
