I totally believe in the toxicity of Antonio Brown, but I believe that that is McVay's strengths, this is why I would do it. When the Rams had the great teams in the 80's we had the best defense and a great O Line & running game. Bill Walsh, who I think is the greatest coach of all time, created mismatches, he did not try and draft an OLIne to beat ours he drafted wide outs that were 6"3" or taller and he played pitch and catch against our small CB's.
Antonio Brown is not tall but he is almost unguardable from his initial release, he separates better than anybody in this league, he gets open fast something our receivers do not do especially Cook. I believe that the amount of people that you would have to dedicate to shutting down Brown would weaken the 6-1 defense that has and still gives us fits. We did a lot better against the 6-1 in one phase, they did not get to Goff, but we did not blow people off the ball and we did not capitalize on a lot of third and shorts. I believe with Brown defenses would have to take people from the core of the 6-1 defense and put them on Brown in attempt to stop him and that would open up our offense greatly, and if you take away the problems we have against the 6-1 defense our O is really good and we are in the Super Bowl hunt
