He doesn't have near the experience McCarthy, Reid or Payton have. Heck, I'm not sure he has been alive as long as Reid has been coaching. I have no issue with McVay calling his own plays. At least when he gets fired (and every coach gets fired eventually) he can say he did it his way. Which is the way I'd want to go out TBH.

My problem is 43 saying it is an over reaction, to even suggest it. It isn't, its a viable option for a team running low on options.
