I wasn't providing the link for access. I was providing the link because links are required. A board like this could get in trouble for posting unlinked articles. If you post an entire article most venues are okay with it, but you HAVE TO provide the link or it can cause trouble.
Note that most of the people who post articles--including 43 and RamBill among others--ALWAYS provide links. And that is whether or not they post the entire article (like 43 does.) That is the reason. The legality thing.
