It is simply not possible for one team to gather unto themselves all the talent in the NFL.. cap or no cap.

Granted that it limits the amount of truly 'elite' teams... I remain unable to raise my arms to the heavens and declare "And this is good". In some ways, not in others. Artificially creating 'parity' has it's charm, I don't deny it... but I can't fully say it's the 'best' way to do things. - JamesJM
