The Rams thinking is a bit out of the box. However:
WHen you can get a 24-25, an all-pro player it is worth #1 and #3....if he is truly pro bowl+ level, and no injuries, and has good work ethic and is smart...the last one is very important.
Jalen has that 'intelligent' thing down, Sammy W didn't. Marcus Peters made pro bowls via interceptions, but wasn't a pro bowl level player---not even close.
Jalen Ramsey erased Antonio Brown in his prime. Mike Haynes and Deon and who else in NFL history could have done that without safety help?? (maybe Wooddson or Champ Baily??).
There is no corner who can cover water bug WRs (TY Hilton), big boys Calvin Johnson and great pattern runners (OBJ and Amari C.) easily.////NONE. 16 games a year the Rams don't have to worry about "can he do it". Even Deon couldn't handle Jerry Rice...so 2 #1s for an elite of the elit. yes
