With a shut down corner....

he must be able to play man very well, so is Wade going to put our corners more in the face of WR's? IMO they may be looking long term since Long Jr. was that type in college so go long term with Jalen and you have that ability to play close to a WR's. Do that and you have such a better chance to actually contest a ball rather than play a style where you are the area around and make a sure tackle.

He made a mistake at 1st when we picked up Peters having him play out of his element, once he altered it to Peters the guy did much better. IMO Peters was brought on to get TO's more so than make tackles......Hope Wade is dialed in on Jalen off the bat....play him how he is used to...I thought that was kinda in your face coverage....

That may help in how O's are attacking with those short slants etc.....a guy in your face is going to disrupt that sh#t......and Long Jr. was that type in college as well.....Hope it works because that would be a helluva tandem for several years....add Johnson and Rapp.....could be real fun to watch.
