Maybe that 3-4 DE spot is somewhere they can add a jettisoned veteran like they did with Matthews and Weddle this year. I don't know. Or give him a one-year deal similar to what Suh received from Tampa. I like Brockers but I also don't think they can give him anything like 3 yrs./$36M+.
Certainly Franklin-Myers not panning out hurts. Still surprises me given how well he played for a rookie. I think the Jets just IR'd him.
Could they take 15 lbs. off Joseph-Day and slide him over? Just a thought...
