I would think you could get someone to do what Brockers does for a much cheaper price. Nice player, nothing special, especially considering where he was drafted.
If you look around the league, strongside 3/4 DEs are not cheaper.
Your best bet for less expensive is a rookie, and as I just said in the other post, if you want a rookie 3/4 DE who can play right away, you better pick him high.
