L.A.Rams
The winning record of a QB depends on the strength of his team. In the two seasons when Warner and Bulger both played for the same team (2002 and 2003), Warner was 0-7 and Bulger was 18-4.
During the 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2006 seasons, Warner never had a passer rating over 90 while Bulger's passer rating was greater than 90 in four of the five seasons (101.5, 81.4, 93.7, 94.4, and 92.9).
Warner had problems that lasted for five years. An NFL team can't afford to hang onto two QBs with starter salaries for that many years in hopes that one of them will regain his form. Your criticisms of how the Rams handled Warner are totally unfounded.
Plus from 2007 through 2009 the Rams OL was an injured-up train wreck.
Blaming the qb for that makes no sense. With rare exceptions when the OL goes down it drags the qb with it.
