A few questions?

First a little about me. I have posted a few times but have been a faithful reader. My Rams background is I lived in Southern Cal until my parents moved to the SF Bay area in my highschool years where I had the distinction of being a Rams fan during the Montana years...not fun. I currently live in the Dallas area and have faithfully watched every Rams game since the inception of Direct TV. Now to the questions:

What happened to McVay's illusion of complexity. It seems Rams plays show less motion then the first two years?
Is the outside zone blocking scheme a hindrance in making adjustments?
Have the Rams assembled lineman that are built for the outside zone making adjustments difficult?
Lastly, a local Cowboy commentator spoke about the Cowboys running "run action passes" versus play action the difference being a run action fully emulates the run blocking where a play action is a simple fake to the back. Which variety do Rams run?

My personal football experience is limited to a year of B football so the above questions are things I struggle with.
