JJ and Littleton , would be my top two filled by Kupp and Fowler.
I wouldnt do more than an average offer for Peters but I definitely want try to make an offer that shows we respectfully would like him to be apart of the team in the future. In lieu of that maybe they are starting his negotiations now and hopefully he gets done quickly.
