That is what I believe most likely happened.
I seriously doubt he's openly doing the same thing that got him suspended. What are the chances that something like that would be kept secret with his history?
There is just no current evidence to support OBJ's claim. I doubt GW would be convicted under a preponderance of the evidence standard either.
