Questioning 'timing', 'motive' etc. I for one, will withhold judgement until after more information comes out. Why are many of you so quick to believe in a player who is obviously mentally unstable and question a woman we know nothing about? If she only wanted money, couldn't she have just blackmailed him? Also, wouldn't the time to do that be when he was under contract with the Steelers and had guaranteed income? Also, the 2 were apparently friends and had a working relationship so the whole, 'why did she go back' thing is irrelevant.

Also, you need to file a police report at the time of the incident for it to be a criminal case. In most assault cases, no police report is ever filed.

It all may turn out to be false, but the rush to judgement of this woman is kind of depressing to me.
