But....you not only can get hooked, you can go a little crazy and do and say things you might otherwise wouldn't. It's too easy to lose all filter, as well as all conscience because you can feel like you are living safely behind an impenetrable wall called a smart phone, tablet or PC.
But in the real world Social Media is like leaving the front door to your life open and unlocked, trusting and believing that you live in a universal Mayberry RFD.
Brown used Social Media as his detestable, unconscionable, nakedly greedy means to screw Pittsburgh, then Oakland, and get what he wanted: the Pats. And BTW, it tells you something about the Pats, their pedophile owner and their robotic HC, that they would gladly be party to it all.
I don't know if something will happen to/for Brown to wake up and see what he has become, with Social Media as his drug of choice.
But this rape allegation shouldn't be a surprise to anyone, whether it is true, false, or imagined by someone equally deranged and addicted. It comes from the wired world he chose to inhabit, and billions on this planet who have also chosen to inhabit that same world often not seeming to understand that the benefits can come with a big price tag unless self-discipline, caution and prudence are taken.
