i'm enjoying this preseason immensely.

the way the rams approach the preseason is brilliant and fun to watch to me once i realized what they're doing and learned to ignore the score board. they're always playing a team behind: 2's vs 1's. 3's vs 2'

i've enjoyed what the qb's have done behind the 2nd & 3rd string o lines. not an easy task. i think bortles was encouraging and allen looked ok but he's just practice squad consideration. i know bortles has received some knocks on this board but he was 7/11 62 yds 1 td with a 109 rating a. not bad. i feel much better with him backing up goff than mannion.

the rb's look good to me too. john kelly has some moves, doesn't he? henderson can do damage catching the ball.

wr's pose difficult cut down choices for the rams. thomas looks pretty good. greene and webster look good. hodge has been talked up this off season.

it seems almost unfair that demby has to play center. he doesn't look like a center to me. i'd like to watch more of him at guard. i think blythe has to be the back up center so someone will have to backfill blythe at guard. edwards is a pleasant non-surprise. he was highly rated early in his senior year and dropped like a rock after playing hurt all year. i'm looking forward to how kromer coaches up evans becuase i think he has alot of potential. they're giving kromer a lot of looks at evans.

i like what i see of gaines. not so sure about sjd. it's a long 1st year for a rookie, too much to ask of gaines to carry that load alone. i'd prefer a vet to help out gaines in rotation and a mentor role. my choice has been domata peko. especially if the rams can get him at vet min.

the young olb's have been fun to watch. i have no idea how the rams can cut n patrick. what a freakin beast. durham has shined. so did oo in 1 game.

ilb - mixed for me. dakota allen has looked good, do not like hager. i think he maybe a cut. t howard looks ok. kiser's now hurt. would prefer some vet help here as well.

d secondary - um .... long pause .... does anybody else think there's something really special going on here?
sean and snead have their work cut out has to who to keep and let go.
