That would be a pity if he did that, because according to Justice there is only a small percentage of false accusations when it comes to this kind of thing. ...
Who's Justice? What data sources are you getting that there are only a small percentage of false accusations?
I tend to believe that he probably did it but has no memory of it too but I'm wondering what facts back up your assertion here.
