Wondering about Punt/KO Returners

Lot's of positive energy and good news flowing out of camp so far!

I guess one thing I'm a little concerned about is who will end up returning kicks and punts...Do we risk Kupp coming off an injury taking care of the punt returns or is it someone else? Is JoJo the real answer for kickoffs, or like another thread mentioned, are there questions about his decision making / ball security?
