Today laws are not read and determined by said writings of the law.....IMO in a lot of areas of the country judges have been put in place that do not go by written law...they read that law and then in their mind determine what that law was meant to mean.....That is IMO calling interpreting a law....not doing by said facts of what the law is, but having the ability to change that law to the way a judge wants it to turn out/ mean.....and bias comes into focus...law is thrown out and the interpretation replaces the original law...
