The Power of Youtube and other sites, George Allen snake bitten...11-0 and lose their next four games and the heart breaker in Bloomington foreshadowing of the Knox years.... Seems after losing at home to the Vikings on December 7th, the team could not recover. Rams could not get to the Super Bowl under George Allen or Chuck Knox, but had the talent and were so close, I find it ironic that Carroll Rosenbloom brought Allen back in 1978 thinking he could take his team to a Super Bowl and Allen's post season record at 2-7 was worse than Knox...CR should have went with his gut and hired Stanford Head Bill Walsh, but that's discussion for another day.
