18 regular season games, only 2 preseason games.
2 byes per team starting no sooner than game 5 and finishing no later than game 13.
Increase rosters to 60 players.
All players active on gameday.
Institute common sense practice rules that enable coaches to actually coach players to rapidly be brought up to NFL standards.

The results should make all parties happy.

Owners make more money? Check.
Players make more money? Check.
More players earn an NFL income? Check.
TV earns more money because of extra 2 meaningful games each season? Check.
Fans get to enjoy 2 more regular season games and 2 fewer meaningless preseason games that include few starters? Check.
