It was a great game, but not for the reason most people think. Anytime there are a ridiculous amount of points scored people automatically feel like it's a great game. It's a bias towards offense. How often do you hear media sheep talking about a 10-6 game as being great? Ever?
It takes a certain kind of person to appreciate the inherent drama in a football game in all of its aspects and not simply just the highlight plays on offense.
There was plenty of scoring on defense that night too.... I think that is what made it even better. 21 points scored on defense iirc
