I know this thread was started in jest, but I actually like Fisher as a person. By all accounts he is a stand up guy. Yes, we had an middle of the road team with him. I glad we moved on from him. But let’s say, for sake of argument, they instead of bring Fisher we hired McVay, Would he have had an 11-5 record his 1st year?
Even though I glad we moved on from Fisher, and I LOVE me some McVay. Snisher did a great job with our D and ST. They even drafted Goff, Gurley & Havenstein.
Sorry for ranting, but just getting a bit tired of narrative of bad mouthing Fisher. Let the man be, he wasn’t a complete loser! Again, I still like the guy as a person.
